The University awarded a contract for Behavioral Profiling System.
Division of Intercollegiate Athletics has a need to purchase behavioral profiling system, team/player assessments, and consulting services from Profile LLC. This service is needed to assess individual personalities as well as team dynamics to enhance communication, team retention, leadership development, and improve recruiting selection.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(2)) athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4))
