Floor plans will be available for pickup in the Purchasing Office, Room 111, Administration Bldg. Room 111 at a cost of $100. A cashier's check, certified check, or money order should be endorsed to Chicago State University and will be refunded if plans are returned in good condition.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM CST, Thursday, April 21, 2005, at Chicago State University, 9501 South King Drive, Chicago, IL 60628 in the Douglas Library Building Room 206.
