My E-bids

E-bidding is a way for vendors who are registered with the Illinois Higher Ed Bulletin to electronically upload procurement documents for notices they want to submit an online proposal.

To use the e-bidding feature of the Bulletin, you must:

1. Create an Illinois Higher Ed Bulletin account or log into your existing account.
2. Have an Illinois Procurement Gateway number for your company that is in good standing.
3. Connect your IPG number with your Bulletin Account.
   To do this, log in and visit the "Company" page under "My Account".
   Select "Yes" for the question about if your company has an IPG Number.
   Enter your IPG number to look up and confirm your company.

After logging in and registering for e-bidding, you will be able to view and manage your in-process e-bids from this page.
