The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting bid proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide on call Snow Removal Services. The Contractor will perform salting, snowplowing and removal services for all driveways, docks and parking areas of the University. Contract will cover the snow season from November to April. Contract will be for a five year period beginning November 1, 2011 through April 30, 2016, with the University’s option to renew for one year at a time.
We have attached a campus maps to try to give you an idea of the work that needs to be completed, however, there is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, October 06, 2011 from 10:00a.m-12:00p.m. in the Cook Administration Building, 9501 South King Drive, Room 208, Chicago, Illinois 60628 with Chief Ronnie Watson / Captain James Maddox.
