The change is germane to the original contract as signed as it does not add features or functionality to the system, it simply corrects an error made when initial setup of the system was completed. As stated within the RFP in Sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.3.2.c, the intent was for separate "funnels" or organizations to be established for undergraduate and graduate recruitment and enrollment activities. For whatever reason, a decision was made during setup that bunched all undergraduate and graduate activities together. The change does not affect the functionality of the software, it simply aligns the structure of the system to match the RFP specifications and the reality of the organizational structure at Chicago State University.
