Project Description
CSU and The Board of Trustees of CSU is seeking a Professional Service Consultant for the planning, design, bid /award, construction phase administration and warranty phase services for the CSU main high temperature hot water heating plant replacement of generators and supporting system components with new heating plant system.

  • Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.

  • The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
