Chicago State University seeks to retain a qualified firm to provide consulting services on a short-term project that will culminate in a comprehensive university-wide strategic plan that is revolutionary and paradigm-shifting that also affirms and articulates the University?s collective values, vision and mission, with a commitment to student-centered academics and research, as well as to the value provided to the State of Illinois and the enhancement of the lives of its citizens and economy.
