There will be a mandatory site visit June 16, 2003. The successful vendor will furnish, deliver, and install all equipment. Equipment must be installed July 14, 2003 through August 1, 2003 and vendor will provide training to faculty and ITD staff August 11, 2003 through August 15, 2003.
