A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held on Friday, March 18, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. at the Facilities Planning and Management Building, University Drive and Hayes Avenue, Charleston, IL. Scale drawings will be available at that time.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
