The Department of Procurement, Disbursements and Contract Services on behalf of The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from responsible Vendors to provide multifunctional copier devices on a cost per copy basis. Proposals submitted are to be in accordance with the outline and specifications contained herein and are to remain in effect from the date of submission until a final award is made. Any resulting agreement shall be for an initial period of five years with the University's option to renew for one additional five-year option period. There is a scheduled pre bid meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 10:00am. This meeting will be held virtually on Zoom. Information on how to join is in Section 1.5 of the RFP. The due date for this Request for Proposal is Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2:00pm.
