for chairs (Bid # IB012998). Eastern Illinois University wishes to purchase chairs for their new Food Court. These chairs must be RT London CPS090-7000,(or equal) multi ply sled base chairs with grade 1 fabric (vinyl) color must be Renaissance (REN-9209 Jasper). No substitutions on fabric will be allowed. Fabric must match existing upholstered furniture. Upholstered seat and back, light oak wood. Side frames must be cut from one-piece plywood with no joints. Chairs must be delivered by January 4, 2002 to EIU.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
