This contract is for a professional firm to coordinate all employee recruitment research and strategic advertising, as requested by the University. This includes, but is not limited to local and national advertising in newspapers, periodicals, and web based resources.
In addition, the awarded vendor will be responsible for all advertising copy creation, preparation, proofing and other related creative and billing services. Only established firms, that can provide target market research, cost effective recommendations, with higher education recruitment experience will be considered.
Typical positions advertised under this contract may include administrative executives, directors, and faculty titles.
Specifications are only available by attending the mandatory pre-proposal conference which is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 17, 2001.
