Project Description
This bid scope requires a contractor to supply & install eleven (11) Luxaire HVAC roof top units.
These RTUs will be installed at the GSU Family Development Center (FDC).
Sealed bids will be accepted below until 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 3, 2019:

A mandatory prebidder's meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2019. All bidders submitting on this project must attend the meeting.

Capital Development Board (CDB) prequalification is required for this project as stated in the standard document for construction.

There is a minimum of a 20% aspirational goal for this bid, as detailed in the attachments.
To achieve the 20% goal, bidders may include contractors, subcontractors or suppliers that are certified by the State of Illinois' Business Enterprise Program (BEP) as owned by minorities, female, veteran or disabled individuals.
