This procurement is subject to the approval of the University's Board of Trustees.
The State Purchasing Officer for this procurement is now Lee Saulter.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
Due to weather conditions, the opening time for proposals is extended by one hour.
Sealed submittals must be received in the GSU Procurement Office before 3:00PM today.
The due date has been extended. RFPs are now due before 2:00PM on January 3, 2014.
No additional questions will be accepted.

GSU is seeking proposals from manufacturer's for residence housing furniture for a new construction apartment & suite style residence hall on campus. This includes, but is not limited to bedrooms, apartments, lounges, public spaces and staffed areas as defined.
Installation of awarded furniture is expected in June 2014.
The facility called "Prairie Place" will have a two-story Great Hall, a classroom, a convenience store and multiple study/social lounges located throughout the hall.
In this RFP we are looking for furnishings for the following furniture types, which are identified as separate sections as follows::
- Student bedrooms (required section)
- Student apartments/suites (required section)
- Residence Hall Director apartment (required section)
- Lounge/public areas/main reception and Great Hall (required section)
- Office suite (optional section)
- Classroom (optional section
