Project Description
On the campus, GSU has a facility in need of heating replacements. The Family Development Center (FDC) houses staff, faculty, and young children. This bid includes doing a thorough investigation of the existing system including the equipment, piping distribution, control sequences and physical characteristics of the building. The existing construction documents (attached for download) are initial to the building and therefore do not illustrate the existing conditions. The awarded firms investigation and any design work must be completed by a licensed mechanical engineer. All documents must be stamped and signed by the licensed engineer. GSU will hold a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through on March 27, 2018. Any potential respondent is required to participate in the meeting and tour.
