This Request for Proposals includes the purchase of Fujitsu equipment & software, the installation of equipment and software and the training or documentation as required to fully implement release 15.0. We have been advised that this may include: upgrades to levels 12, 13, 14, & 15, memory cards, system software and administrative software (EMML), and installation of all proposed items. This is not intended to be a complete list.
GSU requires that all vendors submitting proposals attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference to confer with technical experts from the campus and tour any requested areas on Thursday, February 14, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. in the purchasing office of GSU.
After this meeting vendors need to prepare a response including, but not limited to all materials, labor and training required to meet the objectives of the University. In addition, service contracts will be considered if presented as an option to award by your firm.
This will be a "turn-key" solution. Only vendors submitting sales and installation information will be considered. Alternates will NOT be considered as this is an upgrade to an existing system.
