More than one individual may be awarded contracts, for each section, if necessary. Awards will be determined based on the level of expertise and career experience of applicants.

There is neither a guarantee of hours nor number of projects that may be assigned to any awarded individual.

As projects and needs arise throughout the fiscal year, criteria and needs will be assessed to determine which area of marketing and/or communication expertise would best meet the needs of the university. In addition, the University will consider, at minimum: cost, duration, and availability to complete the tasks as defined with a specific deadline, as needed.
