The University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a copier management program that would upgrade the existing copier fleet and provide service/maintenance through a rental or lease program.
Complete specifications will be available to download here by close of business on Friday, February 8, 2008.
Pre-Proposal Conference
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference on February 19, 2008. Representatives will be present to answer questions. Prospective bidders interested in attending the meeting must register by calling Lisa at 708-534-4056. Though this meeting is not mandatory, the University does require vendors to visit the site prior to submitting a proposal.
