for architectural/engineering planning and design services.

The Board of Trustees of Governors State University (GSU), is soliciting architectural/engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services on a proposed phased three-component facilities project that will impact the existing building in three separate and distinct areas. It will include reprogramming of vacated space due to the faculty's move to the Faculty Office Complex, renovation of an open atrium and office space between E and F Wings, and rehabilitation of the Science and Nursing Labs located in F Wing. GSU is presently in the process of design and construction on a Faculty Office Complex (FOC) upon which these project's commencement will be dependent.

GSU will be pursuing a Quality-Based Selection (QBS) process. Applicants must be pre-qualified with the Capital Development Board (CDB) and submit the Standard Form SF 255. The disclosure of financial interest forms (all are attached) must be submitted in triplicate to:
