Terms:   This contract is for the immediate assessment of effected areas beginning on April 6, 2007 and continuing through June 30, 2006 for the testing and reports required to resolve facility operations effected by the water main break on April 6, 2006. This contract may be renewed for an additional 6-month period, if the reports identify emergent situations which need specifications and further testing of that area by environmental engineers.
Comments:
This is in response to the April 6, 2007 water main break.
