The University awarded a contract for Financial Advisory Services.
This Professional and Artistic notice is published in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/35-35 and 44 ILL. Admin. Code 4.2035(e) which allows professional and artistic contracts under $100,000 to be made in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/35-30(f) and 44 ILL. Admin. Code 4.2020 (Small Purchases). IMSA will utilize the financial advisor to explore and recommend financing alternatives related to our outstanding debt and in the event IMSA decides to undertake a capital financing program.
The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy awards a contract to Raymond James & Associates in the amount of $25,000 for the purpose of exploring and recommending financing alternatives related to outstanding debt and possible capital financing. Raymond James & Associates were selected based upon their experience and lowest overall cost determined by the Chief Financial Officer. The term is less than one year and is non-renewing.
