Project Description
The Office of the Illinois Secretary of State, Department of Physical Services is in need of Professional Architectural and/or Engineering Services for the design and administrative overview of the replacement of the roofs on four buildings on the Illinois State Capitol Complex. Those buildings are Inspector General?s Office at 324 W Monroe, Herndon Building at 421 E Capitol, the Court of Claims Building at 630 S College, and the SOS Index/SOS Police Building at 111 E Monroe and 110 E Adams.

- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
