This Request for Proposal is to provide Unarmed Security Services for the University 24 hours daily for 365 days a year. The succussful firm will provide trained, uniformed, unarmed security officer coverage in conjunction and coordination with the existing Illinois State University Police Department. All services must comply with the State of Illinois laws for security services.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.

This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
