The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide existing and proven solutions to update its academic information environment. The academic information environment supports the University�??s academic program and academic support functions, including admissions, financial aid, housing and dining, transcripts, grade reporting, course registration, course management, degree audit, international studies, graduation, student accounts, advisement, customer relationship management, document management, and identity and access management. The academic information environment should also provide data streams to support the University�??s business functions, including alumni services, donor services, key management, emergency alerts, ID card, textbook ordering, and library patron management. The academic information environment should be able to accept inputs from third-party systems such as retail book stores, payment processing, donor management, loan processing, compliance, test scores, taxation, and student visas. The University reserves the right to make multiple awards to satisfy its academic information environment and supporting systems needs. Integration services may be covered under a separate Request for Proposal once this RFP is awarded.
