Illinois State University on behalf of the Vice President for Student Affairs Office and University Housing Services is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to conduct 1) a market analysis, 2) facilities assessment, 3) financial analysis, including cost estimates. The University wishes to improve the functionality, flexibility and variety of its housing facilities while assessing future needs through this process and keeping in mind the need to maintain institutional character.
