Illinois State University is requesting proposals for supplying electrical energy to the campus. This will be a multi year contract renewable up to ten years.

A mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2002, 9:30 AM local time, at the

Illinois State University.

This is a mandatory prebid. If you are planning to submit a proposal for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the proposal opening process. If your company's name does not appear on the log, your proposal will not be opened.
