Project Description
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from design firms interested in providing planning and design services for replacing the roof on Cook Hall and Felmley Hall. Both of these roofs have exceeded their anticipated lifespan. Both roofs are membrane roofs installed on a flat surface. The total budget for the project is estimated at approximately $750,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB pre-qualification must be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Robyn Schuline, 117 Hovey Hall, 1220 Purchasing Office, Normal IL 61790-1220. Statements of Qualifications are due October 5, 2007, at 2:00 PM local time.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
