Project Description
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualification from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services for the eventual construction of a zone chilled water plant for West Campus. The designers will prepare documents for an approximate 3,000 ton chilled water plant and associated distribution piping that will serve five or more building in that area. Design will also include final connections to a portion of those buildings, and capabilities of future connections to the remainder. The total design budget for the project is approximately $600,000. This project will proceed upon concurrence of the Board of Trustees.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB pre-qualification must be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Robyn Schuline, 117 Hovey Hall, 1220 Purchasing Office, Normal IL 61790-1220.
