The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Fell Hall dormer repairs project.
This project will include repair, paint amd install siding on a section of gutters, soffit trim, and dormers. Repairs to include any problems that may permit moisture from entering the interior from the section of dormers, soffits, fascia and gutters covered under this scope of work.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked Fell Hall dormer repairs. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, April 19, 2005. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 5, 2005 at 1:30 PM CST in the Purchasing Office Hovey Hall Room 117, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
