Illinois State University requests sealed bids for the Kitchen Duct Cleaning project. The project involves cleaning selected kitchen hoods and exhaust systems in dining centers in Watterson, Feeney, Linkins, John Greene and Bone Student Center.
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 25, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the purchasing office conference room, Hovey Hall, Room 117, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois 61790. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
