The University seeks to procure a customer relationship management system to support, facilitate, and enhance student recruitment. These enhancements should result in better fit students, and ultimately, improve retention and strengthen enrollment.

System functionality should be user-friendly and customizable to aid the University in the following areas:

-Campaign and Communication Management

-Recruitment Support and Territory Management

-Event Management

-Admission Application and Application Decision Processing

-Reporting and Performance Analytics

The selected solution should protect highly restricted personal information and be capable of integrating with the existing systems including, but not limited to, the student information system, document imaging, and web portal.
