Northeastern Illinois University is soliciting bids for promotional and incentive products. This is a compliance bid to establish vendors, costs, and store/catalog discount which will allow for the acquisition of promotional and incentive products throughout the University on an as needed basis. Although annual University rerquirements typically exceed $31,300, a specific amount cannot be guaranteed during the course of any contract year.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals. Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
