Project Description
Furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the remodeling and renovation project on the east side of the first floor of Building E, known as Book Store Lounge, Project No. 05-0127-0310, which includes partial selective demolition and removal of existing building elements (walls, ceilings, ramps, flooring, light fixtures, HVAC elements, etc.) and construction of new partial height partitions, replacement of glazing in curtain wall, ceiling, new power, lighting and telephone/data outlets, and related modifications to existing electrical and HVAC systems of the building.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 10:00 am in Student Union room SU216.

BID SECURITY: $9,570.00
