Northeastern Illinois University is seeking qualified bidders to furnish all necessary labor, material, and equipment required to provide preventive and emergency maintenance service for proper operation of university elevator equipment, systems, and all related equipment. The scope of service shall include load testing, preventive maintenance, repair, part replacement, and unlimited regular-time callback service, The elevators are located at the Northeastern Illinois University, 5500 North St. Louis Ave. and 700 E. Oakwood Boulevard, Chicago, IL locations. Specifications are provided in the bid document.
