The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to survey the technology available to provide an enterprise VoIP system that will be the foundation of additional voice services such as unified messaging and communications. Northeastern Illinois University will use this information to formulate a strategy for the replacement of its existing phone system. A subsequent RFP may be issued to procure the necessary systems and professional services.
Note that respondents must not submit any pricing or confidential information as part of its response.
