Northeastern Illinois University is issuing this RFP as a concession in accordance with the provisions of Section 53-25 of the Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/53-25). The primary objective of this concession RFP is to successfully identify a concessionaire to provide food service to the University. The successful Offeror shall provide the university a concessions program that enhances the quality of life for University students, faculty, staff, and visitors and contributes significantly to the total educational experience and campus culture.

A pre-submission conference and site-visit will be held at the main campus on Wednesday June 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. CT.

Questions will be due no later than Monday, June 7, 2021 CT.

Hard copy submittals will be accepted in person and via the e-bidding portal.
