Northeastern Illinois University, as Contract Administrator, on behalf of the Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative ("IPHEC") requests proposals from licensed insurance brokerage firms ("Broker") or ("Vendor") that are qualified and have the capacity to handle the placement and servicing of insurance policies that transfer financial risk of loss from IPHEC member universities to commercial insurers.
