The Board of Trustees for Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/service providers for a Learning Management System (LMS). Proposed solutions must include associated software license and capital costs, service and support costs, and provide relevant discussions of system installation and training. In addition, the proposed solution must describe features, functionality and operating environment.

Requests for clarifications and/or questions regarding technical or specification issues must be directed in writing via e-mail to Edmund Hansen, Director, Center for Teaching and Learning, at e-hansen@neiu.edu. The e-mail subject line should state �??NEIU Learning Management System�??. Phone calls or faxes will not be responded to.
