Northeastern Illinois University is requesting quotations for the printing of its Schedule of Classes. This publication is printed for the Spring, Summer and Fall sessions. The initial publication period is from approximately July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, with two one-year options to renew at the discretion of the University.
Restrictions include:
- The manufacturer must be located within 30 miles of the University
- The University may give preference to vendors that perform their own film work, production, printing and binding

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
