This RFP solicitation is being cancelled without an award. The Board of Trustees rejected the award for the services.
This Addendum #4 is being issued to provide answers to questions received, to provide additional information on the required services and changes to the pricing section. Due to the additional information being provided, we are also providing a second Question and Answer period. Additional questions will be due by close of business on Monday, November 15, 2021. Proposals are due on November 30, 2021 no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
Addendum #3 is being issued to extend the proposal submittal due date to November 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CT and to provide the virtual pre-proposal conference attendee list. We are currently working on the answers to questions received. Answers will be provided in a subsequent addendum.

The Board of Trustees for Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) requests proposals from licensed real estate firms specializing in commercial real estate for real estate brokerage, marketing and leasing services, and real estate development for property owned by NEIU located in Chicago, Illinois. The Real Estate Broker will assist the University in pursuing ground leases with developers for properties. In addition, the vendor is required to serve as the University's owners representative to ensure the real estate development cycle is complete, including quality control, and the successful closing of he development engagement. As a State of Illinois entity, the University will follow all applicable State regulations.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 20 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
