Re-soliciting Real Estate Broker Services for the Bryn Mawr locations only.
NEIU will accept proposals via hard copy at the address listed above OR via the e-bidding portal in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin.
The Board of Trustees for Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) requests proposals from licensed real estate firms specializing in commercial real estate for real estate brokerage, marketing and leasing services, and real estate development for property owned by NEIU located in Chicago, Illinois. The Real Estate Broker will assist the University in pursuing ground leases with developers for the Bryn Mawr properties. In addition, the vendor is required to serve as the University's owners representative to ensure the real estate development cycle is complete, including quality control, and the successful closing of the development engagement. As a State of Illinois agency, the University will follow all applicable State regulations.
A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CT.
