The University awarded a contract for annual Oracle and ERP system maintenance renewals to Oracle America Inc., Rocklin, CA, for an estimated $1,200,000.
This purchase is for annual support and upgrades from Oracle for their enterprise edition database management, reporting tool and application software products that encompasses NIU's entire ERP system.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the compatibility of equipment, accessories, replacement parts, or service is a paramount consideration.

The hearing panel will produce minutes of the hearing and may record it in order to aid in the production of the minutes. If you wish to testify, prior registration is requested to ensure adequate time is allowed for all parties.
