Project Description
Bids are requested for the removal and replacement of an existing built-up roof membrane, flashing system and metal copings. Approximate roof area is 58,600 square feet all on one level. Miscellaneous other improvements supporting the project are also to be completed as shown on the contract documents. All work to be done at Grant Residence Hall at Northern Illinois University, DeKalb Campus.

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit
The mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit will be held Wednesday, January 14, at 2:00 P.M. local time.
The meeting will be held at NIU Architectural & Engineering Services Office, 120 W. Stadium Drive, DeKalb, IL 60115, with a site visit to immediately follow the meeting.
Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting which will include a visit to the site, must sign in at the pre-bid meeting and must indicate the site visit on their bid form to be eligible to bid this project.
