for a gas chromatograph (Bid # C-02-8670M). Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking bids for a gas chromatograph to meet the following minimum specifications:

• 2 Flame Ionization detectors
• 1 Direct injector for use with packed and megabore capillary columns
• 1 Split/splitless injector and programmable electronic pressure/flow control
• Autosample and auto-injector
• PC Workstation and software for data acquisition and manipulation
• Column Oven
• Injection ports
• Electronic pressure/flow control
• Detectors, independently temperature controlled to 450 C
• Auto-sampler with removable trays, capable of handling at least 90 samples
• Auto-injector compatible with all standard inlets, variable injection volume: 0.1 to 50 uL
• Complete schematics and service manual
• 1 Day on-site installation and training
• Manufacturers warranty of at least one year to cover nonconsummable parts and labor to correct any defects

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
