a contract for
rental of real property for the President's office
to
ISMIE Mutual Insurance Company, Springfield, IL
for
$32,430.
The University is seeking to rent space for a two-year period at 600 South Second Street in Springfield, IL for the President's office usage.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
location is the closest available site in proximity to the Capitol building. The staff is responsible for liaison activities between the University and the Legislature.
