for fluorescent lamps (Bid # C196M).
The University is seeking bids on 24,000 Phillips F32T8TL835 Alto energy saving fluorescent lamps to be used during the energy resource conservation upgrade project on the Carbondale campus.
The duration of this agreement will be from the date of execution through June 30, 2004, with the lamps being ordered on an as needed basis by Materials Management, Plant and Service Operations.
An award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting specifications and conditions.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
