for a mobile medical vehicle.
The University is seeking bids for one model year 2005 mobile medical clinic vehicle to include all equipment advertised as standard, and to meet the minimum specifications outlined in the attached document. The bid shall be for the construction, delivery, training, and warranty of the required vehicle.
An award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications and conditions.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents.
Contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
