The University is seeking bids from a certified vendor to provide labor, material, and equipment (a super vacuum truck with H.E.P.A. filter system), for cleaning boilers, bag house, and ash collection as needed at the SIUC Power Plant for the period March 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006. The University retains the right to renew for three additional one year periods beginning July 1, 2006 under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement.
Prospective vendors must bid on the labor and equipment rates listed in the attached document.
An award will be made to the lowest overall bidder meeting specifications and conditions.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
