The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University Carbondale hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the stage renovation project (Bid # E13375-0133M).
This bid is to provide all material, labor, equipment and coordination necessary to perform all the work for the renovation of the stage at Shryock Auditorium. The work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications provided as part of the bid package.
All work associated with this project must be completed between June 28 and July 30, 2004.
An award will be issued to the contractor submitting the lowest proposal, which meets the intent of the bid documents.
Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, June 22, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A pre-bid meeting will be held to discuss this project at Shryock Auditorium on June 15, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. CDST.
