for beverages - canned, liters, and bottles. The University will purchase carbonated soft drinks for the period August 9, 2005 through June 30, 2006 from two vendors based on low bid. Each vendor must supply six slide front display refrigerator coolers at no charge. The University shall have the option to renew this agreement for one additional year beginning July 1, 2006 with the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
